Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Merchandiser to join our Prescott team. You will maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will greet customers, inform them about products, learn promotions, and help keep the store safe and compliant with alcohol regulations. Flexible scheduling and frequent teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; able to lift and be on feet long hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize inventory, pull and stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Support digital operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting with in-store or curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service, informing them about products and promotions.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
