Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Merchandisers in College Station, TX to maximize inventory, stock and build displays while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery if needed, and support promotions and loyalty programs.

You will join a team that values safety, compliance, and a positive shopping experience. Prior retail and POS experience is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery as assigned.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
