Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Texas to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders while delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and via curbside pickup or delivery. You will greet customers, build product knowledge, and assist with promotions in a flexible retail environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising, front-end involvement, and adherence to alcohol laws. Prior retail experience and ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Support online business operations, fulfill orders, assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers, deliver personalized service and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with laws for alcohol sales.
