Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota is hiring a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashiering and customer service. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help customers find products while maintaining store standards.

You may also serve as sales associate or merchandiser, with training on wine, spirits, and beer. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If seasonal, short-term with potential to apply for non-seasonal roles.
