Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the register, greet customers, and assist with product questions. You may also take on duties as a sales associate or merchandiser depending on store needs.

The position requires a customer-first mindset, basic POS familiarity, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Training and benefits are offered to eligible team members, with a focus on compliance with alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service.
• Familiar with checkout and loyalty programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, verify ID, handle payments, promote loyalty, and bag items.
• Provide a personalized customer experience and build relationships.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Stay informed on ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol-sale laws and safe environment.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
• If seasonal, term length may be up to six months with option to apply for non-seasonal roles.
