Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier service in a dynamic retail setting. You will handle transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining shelves and store appearance.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Promote the loyalty program and store promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including alcohol regulations.
• Support stock/merchandising and assist in training.
