Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

The role supports a team-focused environment, with opportunities for cross-training as a sales associate or merchandiser. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently; verify identification and handle payments.
• Greet customers, deliver friendly service, and promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Keep a safe, clean store environment and comply with alcohol sale laws.
