Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashiering and customer service at our store. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help customers with product knowledge.

This role may also involve duties as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate, with emphasis on compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging product.
• Greet customers and engage to build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
