Job summary

Bronco Wine Company, part of Classic Wines & Spirits of California, is seeking a full-time Chain Merchandiser for the Santa Rosa territory. The role services assigned retail accounts, builds displays, maintains distribution, and ensures proper product placement and pricing.

Travel to accounts is required, with residence in Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa or San Rafael. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, POS materials, and coordinating with the Division Merchandising team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must meet travel requirements 80-90%.
• Experience handling alcohol-related regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts and develop knowledge of key department buyers and store management.
• Sell and build product displays in all assigned accounts.
• Service DSD accounts weekly with shelf product and display orders.
• Maintain stock levels and prevent out-of-stock conditions.
• Place and maintain current POS materials and price signs.
• Ensure products are priced and placed correctly.
• Expand cold box and dry shelf placements.
• Provide schedules and paperwork to the Supervisor.
• Report territory issues to the Supervisor.
• Work a variable schedule including mornings, days, or nights for store resets and events.
• Travel to accounts using a dependable vehicle and maintain insurance as required.
