Qualifications

• 5+ years of serving experience.
• Advanced wine and spirits knowledge.
• Strong understanding of classic and progressive wines.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, aperitifs, and digestifs.
• Genuine knowledge and curiosity around ingredients, seasonality, modern agriculture, farming practices, and sourcing.
• Experience in a restaurant culture with ongoing food and beverage education.
• Natural hospitality and the ability to share knowledge without making service feel scripted.
• Strong communication, awareness, and presence on the floor.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
