Job summary

Harri in New Orleans is seeking a Server who is passionate about food and wine service to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a bustling restaurant and entertainment environment.

The role involves preparing dining spaces, taking and relaying orders, recommending beverages, and delivering orders with attentiveness. Candidates should have prior serving experience, strong communication, and an Alcohol/Food Handlers Card certification.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Necessary Alcohol and/or Food Handlers Card Certification.
• Good telephone speaking and listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area by setting tables, menus, and utensils as needed.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and beverage policies.
• Assist guests with menu selections and wine recommendations.
• Record orders accurately and communicate dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Deliver orders from bar and kitchen to guests and maintain service pace.
• Keep tables clean and well set; replenish items as needed.
• Open and pour wine tableside and conclude dining experiences with guest thanks.
