Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Full knowledge of in-house food and beverage menus.
• Ability to use the restaurant point of sale system.
• Ability to prioritize work activities and respond to requests.
• Capacity to stay calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and clock in.
• Manage time and breaks in compliance with NY Labor Law.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and hygiene.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Know regular guests and build rapport with new guests.
• Organize, clean, and maintain server stations.
• Communicate clearly with staff to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare the floor for opening/closing; stock and clean.
