Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant or related experience (preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use all relevant items of equipment.
• Understanding, knowledge, and ability to comply with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to prioritize work activities, provide accurate information and assistance to any management or colleagues' request in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ability to use the restaurant point of sale system.
• Ability to keep calm when faced with any unusual situations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency at all times.
• Willingness/ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Demonstrates a level of enthusiasm, self-confidence, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings to assist guests.
• Run food and bussing duties; sustain clean stations and support service flow.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with management and service staff throughout shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and basic side work.
• Support management in in-house service and events as needed.
