Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking a friendly cashier/sales associate to deliver fast, accurate checkout and helpful product guidance. You will greet customers, process payments, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

The role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and adherence to alcohol sale regulations. Training is provided across wine, spirits, and beer selections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers with product questions.
• Provide warm, personalized service and build customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards and comply with laws related to alcohol sales.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed.
