Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas is seeking a motivated cashier/front end team member to process transactions, greet customers, and promote our loyalty program. You will handle payments, bag purchases, and answer product questions while delivering a fast, friendly experience.

The role offers opportunities for cross-training as a sales associate or merchandiser and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment. Training on wine and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfort with standing 8-10 hours and lifting cases up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions, promote loyalty program, and bag products.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build knowledge.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Handle cross‑functional duties as assigned.
