Job summary

Total Wine & More in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers leave with a positive impression.

You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser and report to the store management team. You will greet customers, promote the loyalty program, participate in product training, and maintain store standards, safety, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance in the store.
