Job summary

The Hospitality Center Wine Educator at Foley Family Wines & Spirits in Napa, CA, drives guest experiences and top line sales through hospitality center activities, phone campaigns and events. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice wine knowledge with supervision and training.
• Able to lift 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• POS experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences while describing the brand story.
• Communicate the brand story and convert guests to wine club memberships.
• Manage bookings for tastings and experiences via phone or email.
• Assist with hospitality events and daily duties (restocking, cleaning, opening/closing).
• Handle routine purchase transactions and daily sales accounting.
• Assist customers with carry-out of purchases to vehicles when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of winery portfolio and products.
