Bronco Wine Company, based in Ceres, CA, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to process California orders, ensure accurate invoicing and delivery, and support sales staff. This onsite role requires 2–3 years of customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The position reports to the Director, Warehouse and Business Operations, offers full-time hours and a competitive hourly pay range ($19.05–$21.23).

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and staff.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming phone calls and interact with customers and sales staff courteously.
• Enter customer orders accurately and assist with product recommendations.
• Monitor High Jump interface to ensure handheld orders transmit to the IFS system.
• Coordinate with customers and sales force to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for chain customer cases.
• Process RMA paperwork and ensure compliance with ABC laws.
• Reschedule credit-blocked deliveries with A/R and customers.
• Communicate with warehouse/delivery drivers about discrepancies and audit delivery issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales/Finance reports.
• Prepare and send depletions reports to staff and suppliers.
• Take on special projects as assigned.
