Job summary

Winebow seeks a Customer Service representative to deliver outstanding support to internal and external clients and to process routine and special orders.

You will work with the Sales team, respond to emergencies, and help maintain knowledge of Winebow products. Two years of customer service experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook are required; wine knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Prior computer and phone customer service experience in luxury goods sector required.
• Experience in the wine industry and/or wine knowledge preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and offering the best solution.
• Process routine and special customer order transactions.
• Maintain current knowledge of Winebow products and assist Sales staff with client communication.
• Respond to emergency orders and customer service issues promptly.
