Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Bulk Wine Coordinator in Ceres, CA. The role reports to the Planning and Logistics Manager and requires managing cellar work orders, inventory for bulk wine and related materials, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The position is full-time and onsite, with 7-10% travel. Ability to work extended crush-season hours and support month-end close is expected. Competitive hourly pay ranges are offered, along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have previous office experience.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the wine industry is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process cellar work orders daily for all facilities.
• Maintain inventory records for bulk wine, barrels, and ingredients.
• Document, reconcile, and verify bulk wine book inventory against physical inventory.
• Enter and approve bulk wine shipping and receiving records in the database as needed.
• Verify, enter, and track all purchased bulk wine.
• Document, reconcile, and enter bottling and case goods inventory.
• Ensure all wine meets applicable state and federal regulatory specifications.
• Provide backup support to the scale house for receiving and shipping bulk wine.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support Crush data entry and reporting.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of various compliance and inventory reports.
• Respond to inquiries related to compliance issues.
• Follow guidelines to support ISO certification.
