Job summary

St. Supery Estate Vineyards & Winery is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle wholesale order processing and logistics from receipt to invoicing and shipment confirmation. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales, distributors, and carriers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a valid driver’s license are essential. The position emphasizes problem solving, multitasking, and teamwork in a dynamic wine industry

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience, wine industry preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and communication for incoming orders with sales team and distributors.
• Review and process domestic purchase orders for St. Supery accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Shipping Logistics Manager; review warehouse inventory and transfers.
• Enter and execute samples orders for national sales team and marketing requests.
• Process export/transport orders and coordinate paperwork with distributors and carriers.
• Use partner portals to process orders and schedule carrier appointments.
• Troubleshoot shipping problems with systems and warehouses.
• Generate and reconcile supplier bill backs with distributor statements.
• Review supplier AR aging and collect past due invoices.
• Provide monthly FOB sheet for distributors and sales team.
• Oversee end of month close for warehouse and post when complete.
• Cross train on wine club order entry and customer service.
