Job summary

Galaxy Wine Company – Wilson Daniels in Portland seeks a full-time Logistics Coordinator reporting to the Director of Operations. You will manage inventory procurement with sales to maintain stock, process purchase orders in our ERP, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in supply chain or logistics, knowledge of TTB and US Customs preferred, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Wine knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of TTB and US Customs protocols preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and be organized.
• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory procurement process with sales to maintain stock levels and monitor days on hand.
• Process all purchase orders in the ERP system with suppliers and carriers (foreign and domestic).
• Communicate inventory statuses with the sales team (vintage transitions, replenishment, allocations, out of stocks).
• Oversee logistics including carrier assignments, customs documentation, and warehouse issues.
• Oversee cycle counts and quarterly inventories, and reconcile missing inventory.
• Maintain item master list and PO report with logistics details (shipping dates, container info, etc.).
