Job summary

Silver Oak Cellars LLC is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to support the international sales team. The role focuses on order fulfillment, compliance, and logistics across multiple markets for Silver Oak, Twomey, Timeless, Ovid and Prince Hill brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• International/Export experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of Customer Service or related experience.
• Computer literacy; Great Plains Dynamics, Microsoft Word, Excel, and strong PowerPoint experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in and collaborate in a team environment and support remote sales managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and time sensitive deadlines with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• International Sales Coordination: manage importer allocations, order fulfillment, labeling, export documentation, and accounts receivable.
• Build relationships with importers and serve as their primary contact for order fulfillment and service across time zones.
• Coordinate international samples, POS materials, merchandise shipping, and trade event consolidations.
• Create and maintain SOPs for importers detailing labeling and documentation requirements.
• Administrative and compliance support: prepare price lists, allocate letters, and importer pricing for all SKUs.
• Enter purchase orders and coordinate inventory transfers for special SKUs; arrange labeling and export documentation.
