Job summary
SKYWALKER HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics, including wine distribution across channels and event support. The role covers inventory control, shipping, receiving, and coordinating with the Wine Club, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure timely shipments and high customer satisfaction.
The position requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with inventory systems, and a valid California driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Two to three years shipping and receiving experience including inventory and storage, packing and shipping.
- Previous supervisor experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onsite wine shipping/receiving and export/import shipping with inventory controls.
- Manage retail inventory and distribution across locations; coordinate with departments for shipments.
- Supervise Wine Club shipment logistics, packing, schedules, compliance, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between locations; ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations; verify shipments and reconcile with PO.
