Jackson Family Wines is seeking an Inventory Data Analyst to support the Supply Chain by maintaining data integrity and developing reports that drive operational decisions. You will work with data across inventory, production, purchasing, and logistics to identify issues and improve reporting accuracy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of supply chain, scheduling, or production/operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with ERP and planning software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with expert skills in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and problem solving.
• Innovative and strategic mindset; adept at problem solving and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring reports that support Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify risks, opportunities, and exceptions requiring further investigation.
• Develop ad hoc reports, Power BI dashboards, and analyses to support inventory management and operational decision making.
• Audit supply chain data across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor data quality metrics and elevate unusual trends or integrity concerns.
• Document reporting procedures, validation processes, and data definitions to support consistency.
