Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc invites a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations professional to oversee wine knowledge tasks and inventory control in our NY-based facility. You will classify wines by appellation, region, vineyard, producer and vintage, inspect products, and support authentication efforts.

This role includes periodic offsite travel to wine cellars, use of inventory systems, maintaining daily records, and collaborating with wine authentication specialists to ensure accuracy and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory wines by appellation, region, vineyard, producer and vintage.
• Inspect wines for defects or damages.
• Assist in authentication of wines.
• Perform in-house inspections of wine and spirits.
• Support labeling, provenance and condition knowledge for authentication.
• Gain exposure to wines through auctions and retail inventory.
• Oversee receiving and unpacking of incoming products.
• Conduct audits of physical inventory.
• Box, palletize, and store inventory.
• Use inventory systems to track fulfillment.
• Maintain daily records of goods received.
• Travel to offsite wine cellars as needed.
• Perform related duties as requested.
