Jackson Family Wines is seeking an Inventory Data Analyst to support the Supply Chain by maintaining data integrity, creating reports, and delivering analyses that guide operational decisions.

The role collaborates across inventory, production, purchasing, and logistics to identify risks and improve reporting accuracy, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective communication of findings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of supply chain, scheduling, or production/operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with ERP and planning software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with expert skills in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and problem solving.
• Innovative and strategic mindset; adept at problem solving and process enhancement.

Mansioni

• Inventory analysis: understand wine supply chain and maintain inventory reports and dashboards.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify risks, opportunities, and exceptions.
• Develop ad hoc reports and Power BI dashboards to support inventory management.
• Data analysis: audit supply chain data across ERP systems and reporting platforms.
• Monitor data quality metrics and escalate anomalies.
• Test and validate new reports, dashboards, and process changes.
