Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service, process transactions, verify IDs, promote the loyalty program, and assist customers in locating products. The role may also function as a sales associate or merchandiser based on store needs.

The position includes wine, spirits, and beer product training, adherence to alcohol-sale laws, and maintaining a safe, clean store. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and prior retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred; customer service focus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote loyalty program and assist customers with inquiries.
