Job summary

Total Wine & More in Moore, OK is seeking Service Team Members to provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and support store operations. You will greet customers, advise on wine, spirits and beer, assist with merchandising, inventory, and curbside pickup/delivery where applicable.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and 1–3 years in retail, with familiarity of POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Assist with merchandising, front end, and other duties as needed.
• Process freight, stock shelves, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
• Support digital business operations including in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
