Total Wine & More in Moore, OK is seeking Store Team Members who excel in customer service, inventory control, and merchandising. You will assist with freight, stocking, and displays while supporting online orders and curbside pickup.

The role may include sales, front-end duties, and other tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience, with familiarity in POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
