Total Wine & More in Kansas is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and bag purchases while staying compliant with alcohol regulations.

This role may also function as a sales associate or merchandiser, with 1–3 years of retail experience and familiarity with POS systems. A high school diploma is preferred, and you must be at least 21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions quickly and accurately, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer questions, promote the loyalty program, and bag purchases.
• Provide fast, friendly service and build relationships with customers.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
• Cross-train as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.
