Job summary

Leal Vineyards in Morgan Hill is seeking a Part‑time Tasting Room Associate to ensure every guest has a positive, memorable experience. You will greet guests, guide wine selections, assist with wine inventory and POS transactions, and help with events and daily operations.

This role requires at least one year of related experience, a California Food Handler certificate, and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude. Weekend and evening availability is expected to support our tasting room and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least one year of related experience including fulfillment, sales, and/or customer service.
• Possess basic wine knowledge.
• Must possess and maintain a California Food Handler Certificate.
• Must possess and maintain a California Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures, handling register and daily reports.
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to wines they enjoy.
• Serve samples and provide wine information to customers.
• Handle routine POS transactions and daily sales accounting.
• Stock wine and retail merchandise; assist at events and tastings.
