Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking Tasting Room Attendants who transform tastings into memorable experiences through friendly conversation, product knowledge, and hospitality. You will guide guests through wine and retail offerings, inviting them to join our Wine Club, with a focus on guest satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes learning the menu, maintaining service stations, and representing our brand with warmth and expertise in a wine-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines that are offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine and our Wine Club.
