Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to turn each tasting into a memorable moment. You will guide guests through our wines and retail offerings, while inviting them to join our Wine Club. This role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with experience in restaurants, retail, or wine settings, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Flexible weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to discuss wine, food, and retail items with guests.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dining/location environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn Cooper’s Hawk menu, wine, and retail items to confidently guide guests.
• Prepare stations for service and keep them stocked and clean.
• Restock product displays and assist teammates with carryout orders as needed.
• Communicate with teammates to deliver smooth and memorable service.
