Job summary

Riboli Family Wines in San Antonio seeks a Wine Educator to deliver engaging tastings, share the stories behind our wines, and provide polished guest experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage.

You will educate guests on our wines, drive direct-to-consumer sales through club signups, maintain in-depth knowledge, and support private tastings and events. Weekend availability and standing for long periods are required on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Warm, confident communicator with strong sales instincts.
• Ability to translate technical wine knowledge into engaging stories.
• Team-oriented and flexible under pressure.

• Uphold ABC compliance and responsible service standards.
• Assist with private tastings, trade visits, and member events.

Summary-

The Wine Educator is the face of San Antonio Winery - delivering engaging, educational, and polished guest experiences that reflect the spirit of our estate. This role blends storytelling, sales, and providing an excellent customer service experience.
