You will greet guests, seat them promptly, answer questions about our seasonal, wine-country inspired menu, and help ensure a welcoming dining experience each evening.

Qualifikationen

• Energetic and professional attitude at all times.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear proper uniform and maintain appearance (dress, makeup, hair, jewelry).
• Offer alternative reservation times when needed to accommodate guests.
• Compute and communicate accurate wait times to guests.
• Direct guests to bar or dining areas during waits when appropriate.
• Keep floors and entrances clean and unobstructed.
• Assist in bussing tables during busy periods.
• Provide directions and information about hours, menu items, and features.
