Job summary

Sixty Vines Gaithersburg is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and guide guests to tables with warmth and efficiency. You will coordinate with team members to ensure timely seating and a smooth guest experience in a busy, wine-focused restaurant.

Experience in guest service is a plus, and English communication is essential. Flexible schedules and a clear pathway to PTO after one year are offered along with E-Verify compliance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Prior restaurant hosting or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize flow.
• Answer phones professionally and direct inquiries to the right team.
• Maintain a clean entrance, hostess stand, and restroom area.
• Provide menu, hours, and wine/food pairing information when needed.
• Assist guests with special requests and communicate with managers on duty.
