Job summary

Sixty Vines in Gaithersburg is seeking friendly restaurant staff to support servers and bartenders, maintain clean stations, and deliver food and drinks to guests. You’ll arrive on time, follow uniform standards, and help ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include communicating with guests, stocking stations, upholding safety and sanitation rules, and assisting with overall table service. Flexible schedules and benefits are available after meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read English.
• Stand for long periods and lift items as part of duties.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification; practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Follow uniform guidelines and professional grooming standards daily.
• Assemble/disassemble workstation promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift; stock and replenish as needed; maintain ice levels for drinks.
• Observe state and federal laws regarding service of food and alcohol, including certifications.
• Deliver food orders accurately and assist servers in maintaining tables.
• Polish silverware/glassware and assist in hosting procedures and guest service.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and follow safety guidelines.
