Job summary

Sixty Vines North Hills LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Service Bartender to prepare drinks and support the wait staff in delivering high-quality service. You will follow established recipes, maintain a clean bar area, and assist in seating and serving guests to ensure timely beverage delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner; arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Wearing proper uniform at all times.
• Assemble or dismantle work stations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups per recipes.
• Bus tables and assist with dining room operations; deliver beverages as needed.
• Maintain inventory and restock the service bar with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, and equipment.
• Keep ice levels adequate for drinks; wash and restock glassware.
• Replace beer kegs and record spills/ comps.
• Empty service bar trash and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Work with team and follow management instructions.
• Read tickets and understand menu items/modifications.
• Sweep and mop bar floors.
