Job summary

Sixty Vines in Plano, TX is seeking Back / Service Bartenders to prepare and deliver drinks following recipes, assist the wait staff, and ensure efficient dining room operations. You will maintain cleanliness, manage beverages, and support guests with timely service.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a current Food Handler's Certification. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and proper uniform standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and follow sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Follow uniform standards and wear proper attire.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups per recipes.
• Bus tables and assist with dining room operation.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar.
• Keep glassware clean and ready for guest use.
• Replace beer kegs and document spills/comp comps.
• Empty service bar trash and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Communicate with team and management positively.
• Read tickets and understand menu items and modifications.
• Sweep and mop bar floors.
