Job summary

Sixty Vines in Dallas is hiring Service Bartenders to prepare and deliver drinks in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will follow recipes, support the wait staff, and help keep the bar stocked and clean.

The role requires reading tickets, standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining sanitary practices. We offer flexible schedules, PTO after 1 year, insurance after 90 days, and quarterly wine country trips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Knife handling and use of other bar tools.
• Maintain a valid Food Handler's Certification and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner; arrive on time for shifts.
• Keep uniform clean and station organized at all times.
• Assemble/dismantle the work station promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare drinks and garnishes according to recipes and standards.
• Bus tables and assist service staff in delivering beverages and food.
• Manage bar inventory and restock as needed; ensure proper temperatures.
• Record spills and PR comps; maintain equipment and report issues.
