Sixty Vines in Raleigh, NC seeks a friendly bartender to prepare and serve cocktails and wine, assist servers, and maintain a clean, efficient bar. You will read tickets, follow recipes, and support the dining room to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires reading ability, stamina for long shifts, and adherence to sanitation standards, with opportunities for tips-based earnings and occasional travel benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and be ready to work.
• Wear proper uniform at all times in work areas.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare drinks per recipes and assist with bar operations.
• Bus tables and assist dining room operations as needed.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock the service bar.
• Keep ice levels adequate and wash/restock glassware.
• Replace beer kegs and report spills or issues.
• Empty service bar trash and clean equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and management as a team.
• Follow instructions and read tickets including modifiers.
• Sweep and mop bar floors.
