Job summary

Sixty Vines in Raleigh seeks a skilled bartender to provide guest-focused service, craft drinks, and ensure bar and dining areas meet high standards. You will expertly mix beverages, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, efficient bar, while expanding knowledge of wine pairings in a dynamic, open-scratch kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.
• Participate in E-Verify program as required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and workstations during shifts.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers and syrups according to recipes.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, restock and manage bar inventory and glassware.
