Job summary

Sixty Vines Charlotte Southend, LLC is seeking an energetic bartender to serve guests with a friendly, knowledgeable approach. You will handle cash and card transactions, prepare drinks, and maintain bar cleanliness while delivering attentive service in a fast-paced restaurant.

We offer flexible schedules, insurance after 60 days, and quarterly wine country trips. A strong knowledge of wine pairings and hospitality is a plus, with a commitment to standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Properly use knives and equipment as required.
• Maintain Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; follow alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform and maintain bar setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar during shifts.
• Prepare drinks and garnishes according to recipes; assist guests with menu questions.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver and remove food at tables; pre-bus and maintain tables.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and opening/closing duties.
• Stay knowledgeable about liquor, beer, and wine offerings.
