Job summary

Wine Industry Expo seeks a motivated Customer Success & Wine Content Associate to support customer service and marketing operations. The role combines order processing, shipping coordination, and wine-focused content writing, with growth potential in the fine wine industry.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and content writing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Experience with ecommerce and wine certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail management, or office administration.
• 2+ years of professional content writing, copywriting, or related writing experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, databases, and inventory software (Fishbowl and HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Experience in ecommerce or fulfillment operations preferred.
• Passionate about wine, with WSET or similar certification considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day customer service operations, including order processing, address validation, and shipping coordination.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service via phone and email communications.
• Write and edit wine-focused content for email campaigns, product pages, website content, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop and apply wine knowledge to confidently assist customers and support sales activities.
• Contribute to a productive team environment by fostering cooperation and organization across departments.
• Support updating wine ratings and product data in Fishbowl (Inventory Management System).
