Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly and polished Server to enhance guest experiences through wine knowledge and attentive service. You will guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club offerings with confidence and care.

Applicants should be 21+, have at least six months of serving experience in a full-service or upscale casual setting, and be able to read, write, and speak English. Flexible weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show Up Ready: arrive on time, be in proper uniform, know the menu and wine list, use the POS system accurately.
• Own What You See: jump in to help the team, serve food and drinks with speed, follow alcohol-service guidelines.
• Stay in Sync: communicate with kitchen, hosts, runners, bartenders, and managers to keep service flowing.
• Make It Personal: greet guests warmly, use their names, recommend wines and Wine Club benefits.
