Cooper’s Hawk Winery is hiring servers who warmly guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club experiences. You’ll work in a team-driven, upscale casual setting with a focus on hospitality, accuracy, and guest delight.

Requirements include being 21+, six months of server experience, and comfort discussing our wine club. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork; ability to multitask under pressure.
• Read/write/understand English; flexible availability, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care while following steps of service.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service and guest safety.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, hosts, and managers to keep service flowing.
• Engage guests, upsell Wine Club benefits, and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain proper appearance and uphold department checklists for opening and closing.
