Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking friendly servers to curate memorable guest experiences in a lively, upscale casual setting. You will guide guests through the menu and Wine Club offerings while delivering timely, accurate service.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires a positive attitude, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reading, writing, and understanding English; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care while following steps of service.
• Know the menu, wine list, and Wine Club benefits to educate guests.
• Use POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Follow SOPs and keep work areas prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with kitchen and hosts.
