Ideal candidates are at least 21, with six months of server experience, able to multitask, and flexible for weekends and holidays. We emphasize hospitality, teamwork, and genuine guest connections.

Qualifications

• Six months of server experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time in proper uniform.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Use the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Know and communicate about Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and offerings.
• Follow standard procedures to prep and close shifts.
