Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking energetic servers to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, upscale casual setting. You will engage guests with wine recommendations, explain our Wine Club program, and ensure smooth service from greeting to payment.

Training highlights guest interactions and accuracy in orders while promoting the brand’s hospitality standards. Applicants should be at least 21, have server experience, and be comfortable discussing wine.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, informed service and wine recommendations to guests.
• Assist guests with menu and wine club information to enhance the experience.
• Ensure accurate orders and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain proper uniform and readiness for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, runners, bartenders, and managers.
